We are seeking licensed agents to work with our pre-qualified investors. We provide the leads and investment plans—you focus on sourcing and closing deals.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Work exclusively with pre-qualified investor clients.
✔ Find and close properties that align with the investor’s strategy and financial goals.
✔ Analyze deals based on cash flow, cap rates, and ROI metrics.
✔ Collaborate with Vesta’s team to ensure smooth transactions and portfolio scalability for each client.
✔ Provide a professional and strategic approach to every transaction, maintaining strong relationships with investor clients.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Licensed Real Estate Agents – Agents located in Portland, Eugene, Bend, and surrounding areas. Agents can remain at their current brokerage.
✔ Experience in Investment Real Estate – Preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with investment deal structures, ROI metrics, and investor needs is a plus.
✔ Agents Closing 5-20 Deals Per Year – Ideal candidates have a track record of success and want to scale.
✔ Strong Analytical & Negotiation Skills – Ability to assess deals and secure optimal terms for investors.
Compensation & Earnings Potential:
This is a commission-based partnership with significant earning potential. Your success is directly tied to your ability to close the investment deals we hand you.
